Renewed spring menu at N28


It’s been an exciting time, with much of our time dedicated to exploring new flavours, finding flavour harmonies and tasting. And the results speak for themselves: from May, you’ll be able to choose from our renewed spring menu, full of fresh new courses to accompany our small-batch domestic wines.

The new menu has been designed with the feedback of our guests in mind, so the great classics they love, such as the truffle and shimeji mushroom cream soup, the superfood salad and the chicken paprikash, have all been retained on the menu, along with many other popular courses.

We have expanded our range of starters and experimented with new, special pintxo dishes. In addition to the set bites, a seasonal item will be added to the menu, which will change every 2 weeks depending on the ingredients and the season. Our snacks for sharing include a spread selection in the form of romesco, cauliflower cream with parmesan, sobrasada and green pea cream with mint.

Our vegan guests will also find something to their liking, with chilli sin carne, tofu steak, olive selection and truffle cream soup all dedicated to them.

Our dessert menu has been completely renewed, with the 2 big new additions for spring being cottage cheese dumplings filled with Pedro Ximenez marzipan cream and a classic Catalan chocolate cube with Maldon salt and Arbequina oil.
