Our menu is expanding with 2 new, exciting vegan courses from February. You asked for it, our chef dreamed it up!
Lately, many of you have been asking us for vegan options, which were included in our previous menu, but we felt it was time to expand our offer. So from February, our chef has created 2 new vegan courses with very unique flavours. The Catalan line that we love so much remains in focus here with one of our favourite ingredients, padron peppers, which we have smuggled into our chilli sin carne course. The tofu base, infused with a myriad of spices and oil, also took on a new meaning when we marinated it in sweet chilli and drizzled it with hazelnut oil.

Chili sin Carne with padron peppers and homemade tortilla
Classic chili ragu, without meat. The recipe follows the original Catalan line, so the tomato base is cooked with dark chocolate and cinnamon, which gives the ragu a silky character.
Tofu steak with hazelnut salad and black sesame
The tofu is marinated in sweet chilli which is nicely accentuated by the hazelnut oil. The base is a mix of lettuce and bean sprouts, sprinkled with pomegranate seeds, black sesame seeds and chunks of hazelnuts.
