New Year’s Eve at N28 – A Gracefully Composed Festive Experience
The last night of the year is a special moment: both a farewell and a beginning, a quiet reflection and a touch of celebratory sparkle. At N28, we strive each year to shape this threshold into an experience our guests will remember long after the night has passed. For the 2025 New Year’s Eve celebration, we envisioned the menu as an elegant, refined and deeply memorable culinary journey.
Our four-course festive menu is available in both seafood and meat variations. Whether you prefer the flavours of the sea or a contemporary interpretation of Hungarian classics, each guest can discover their own celebratory mood.
The evening begins with an amuse-bouche inspired by a nostalgic flavour memory, followed by a sophisticated starter and two distinctive main courses, closed with a festive dessert worthy of the occasion.
The meat menu features buffalo tenderloin, Mangalica pork cheek and venison, paired with lentils, Jerusalem artichoke and seasonal accompaniments — a meeting of tradition and modern elegance.
The seafood menu highlights the lightness and vibrant aromas of the sea, presented in subtle, harmonious compositions.
The atmosphere of the evening is enhanced by a wine and champagne selection created exclusively for this night: shimmering signature cocktails, Hungarian and international champagnes, and refined sparkling wines accompany the most festive night of the year.
New Year’s Eve at N28 is not about loud celebration, but about quiet luxury — thoughtfully composed flavours and intimate moments. An evening that offers a graceful farewell to the old year, and a beautifully poised beginning to the new one.
Price: 40,000 HUF / person, including the four-course festive menu and a glass of welcome champagne.
